Job summary

StayAPT Suites Jackson, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures. You’ll be the face of the hotel, handle reservations, guest requests, and payments with accuracy and grace, and collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and familiarity with hotel management software; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
