Sree Hotels, L.L.C. is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in the Brier Creek area of Raleigh, NC. This role handles guest check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a seamless stay.

We offer daily pay and training will be provided. Availability for 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts, including weekends, is required. Fluency in English is essential for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently during shifts.
• Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus; training provided.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out efficiently and handle inquiries.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and transactions.
• Handle phone calls professionally and provide information on services and local attractions.
• Assist guests with reservations, changes, or cancellations as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Uphold hotel policies and safety regulations.
