The Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott in the Brier Creek/RDU area of Raleigh is hiring full-time Housekeeping Room Attendants. The role requires maintaining clean guestrooms and providing courteous, attentive service to guests. Hours are 9am-5pm with weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to standards, stocking carts, reporting maintenance, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Prior housekeeping experience and strong communication are valued for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and stand through shift.
• Must communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail is essential for room cleanliness and safety.
• Friendly, courteous and service-oriented demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Prepare and organize supplies for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean and vacuumed.
• Restock cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report missing items.
• Notify supervisors of any maintenance issues.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
