East West Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Snowmass Mountain Lodging in Snowmass Village, CO. The role focuses on warm guest reception, smooth check-ins/outs, and supporting concierge requests to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include handling payments, pre-arrival communication, and coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping. Typical duties also cover package handling and assisting with arrivals/departure inspections while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Guest Services experience not required but recommended.
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
• Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel.

About the Role

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

  • Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly
  • Schedule: Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required

What You’ll Do
