Job summary

Crystal Creek Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent in Salt Lake City. You will greet guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, manage guest requests and coordinate with Concierge and Guest Experience teams to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and basic computer skills. Familiarity with Opera PMS is preferred, and you will support daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year front desk or customer service experience, preferably with OPERA systems.
• Strong customer service background with the ability to resolve guest issues calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with check-in/check-out, room moves and billing.
• Operate the switchboard and handle guest requests, VIP programs, events and inquiries.
• Input and retrieve guest information in the PMS, assign rooms and issue keys, and promote hotel programs.
• Provide accurate information on hours, local attractions, dining options and hotel services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow brand standards and dress code.
