Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one-year front desk or customer service experience, preferable with OPERA systems.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, with little supervision, and manage multiple tasks.

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Input and retrieve guest information, manage room rates and key codes in the system.
• Process payments, vouchers and incidentals accurately and gracefully handle guest requests.
• Maintain lobby appearance and respond to guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Support other departments as needed and uphold brand and service standards.
