Job summary

InnVentures in Panama City Beach is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy and courtesy.

As the first point of contact, you will answer questions, handle requests, coordinate with departments, and uphold service standards to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty while promoting daily/shift operations at Home2 Suites Panama City Beach.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive a friendly, efficient and error-free check-in and check-out.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and handle reservations.
• Post and reconcile charges on guest receipts.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
