Job summary

The St. Joe Company at Embassy Suites Panama City Beach is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Agent to ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out at the Panama City Beach property.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries, recommend activities, and coordinate with housekeeping to maintain rooms in top condition. Prior hospitality or customer-service experience is preferred, with basic English communication required.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English.
• Previous customer experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and process payments.
• Answer phones and emails professionally.
• Provide information on rooms, rates, and local attractions.
• Upsell services and arrange VIP accommodations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
• Assist with group reservations and special events.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized.
• Handle billing issues and post changes to guest accounts.
