• Hotel front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information, confirming guest details, and guiding guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with check-out, process payments, and manage multiple forms of payment.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information, room types, rates, packages and local area.
• Promote hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly manner; resolve issues as needed.
• Input, relay, and manage guest messages as required.
