Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Oklahoma City is seeking an energetic PM Operations Supervisor for Aloft Oklahoma City Quail Springs. This on-site leadership role supports daily evening operations, guides Front Desk, assists guests, and coordinates with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure a smooth shift.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel experience preferred.
• Experience supervising evening shifts preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible leader during the PM shift and help ensure smooth daily hotel operations.
• Support Front Desk operations, including guest arrivals, departures, requests, and general service needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to associates working during the evening shift.
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally for guest satisfaction.
• Assist associates during busy periods with hands-on operational support.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to address guest needs.
• Ensure associates follow hotel procedures and brand standards.
• Assist with training and coaching to strengthen service and performance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
