Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 2 years in a similar position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel operations and policies.
• Answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and assist guests with inquiries.
• Describe room accommodations and amenities and obtain reservation details.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to manage room status and guest requests.
