Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is looking for a Bellperson to provide outstanding guest service from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, guide them to rooms, and support the concierge with reservations and guest inquiries.

Ideal candidates will be friendly and professional, with strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced resort environment in the Florida Keys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of the Florida Keys area, amenities and attractions preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage and guide them to their rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve guest items promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about resort facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain key features and amenities.
• Assist with valet and vehicle retrieval as needed.
• Handle guest requests for transportation and dining recommendations.
• Maintain a neat bell desk and organize equipment.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support concierge with reservations and inquiries.
