Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotel – Louisville Airport seeks a Front Desk Agent to ensure a warm, personalized guest experience. You will check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and respond to inquiries with tact and efficiency.

Responsibilities extend to coordinating with housekeeping, processing payments, logging calls, and delivering Concierge-style service when needed. A friendly demeanor and strong communication skills are essential to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Fluency in English; foreign language experience a plus.
• Ability to input/access information in property management and POS systems.
• Ability to type proficiently.
• Ability to upsell and suggestive sell.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Handle room assignments and changes promptly.
• Secure payments and manage keys and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and guest concerns.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with efficiency and courtesy.
• Provide Concierge service when needed and assist in Reservations when applicable.
