Job summary

MMLSSOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Associate for our Key West property. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm service and efficient check-in/out experiences.

The role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage reservations, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest stay.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems.
• Experience with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Use hotel reservation and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards.
