Job summary

Highgate Hotels is hiring a Guest Service Agent in Key West to provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will maximize room revenue and occupancy while upholding brand standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires friendly communication, strong multitasking, and the ability to operate the Front Desk system. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities in a hospitality-led environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate Hotels standards.
• Operate PBX console and maintain hotel standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages.
• Balance and close shift per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Assist guests with reservations and rate quoting.
