Drift Hotel in the Florida Keys is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our resort and the first point of contact for guests. You will handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, helping create memorable island experiences.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, manage phone system communications, and support safe, seamless guest stays with a friendly, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Ability to learn property management systems.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of the Florida Keys area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and handle efficient check-in/check-out processes
• Process reservations, room assignments, and payments accurately
• Provide knowledgeable information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests both in person and via phone
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle special requests and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Manage the multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently
• Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records
• Support resort security procedures and emergency protocols
