Island Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Gainesville location to manage front desk operations and be the reference point for guests and vendors. You will maintain professionalism, deliver excellent guest service, and handle communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role may require flexible scheduling and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and accuracy in daily tasks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team.
