Job summary

Kolter Hospitality's Hyatt House Dania Beach location is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver service excellence. You will handle check-ins/outs, issue room keys, and resolve guest issues in line with Kolter Hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with requests, greeting guests by name, informing them of services and amenities, processing payments, and following safety procedures. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Able to operate a computer and reservation system.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate all guest requests and inform guests of hotel services and amenities.
• Welcome guests by name and uphold upsell strategies.
• Perform cashiering tasks such as billing and posting charges.
• Follow safety procedures and report needed repairs.
