You will greet guests warmly, assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer questions about local attractions, process payments, and maintain accurate front desk records while delivering Marriott hospitality.

• Guest Inquiries: respond to questions about hotel services, attractions, events, and entertainment.
• Reservation Management: handle future and same-day reservations, including walk-ins.
• Financial Transactions: process payments and manage charges accurately.
• Safety & Security: assist guests with using safety deposit boxes and safeguarding belongings.
• Documentation: complete Front Desk reports and maintain records.
• Issue Resolution: address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
