Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama's Gulf Coast is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and manage reservations from arrival to departure. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless, warm guest experience at our historic resort.

As part of Marriott's Autograph Collection, you will support room assignments, manage payments, and assist with safety deposit boxes while maintaining accurate front desk documentation.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Warm Welcome: greet guests in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Room Assignment: assign rooms based on location, rate, and preferences.
• Check-ins and Check-outs: ensure smooth, accurate procedures and friendly service.
• Guest Inquiries: respond to questions about hotel services and local attractions.
• Reservation Management: handle future and same-day reservations, including walk-ins.
• Financial Transactions: process payments and manage charges with accuracy.
• Safety & Security: assist guests with safety deposit boxes and belongings.
• Documentation: complete front desk reports accurately.
• Issue Resolution: address concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
