Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Associate in Framingham, MA to deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety, and support inventory and store operations. You will handle prep, merchandising, and POS tasks while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.

You will work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to uphold brand standards and create welcoming guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills for transactions.
• Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age-restricted product sales per state law.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes, cleaning supplies, and varying temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class Guest service at every interaction.
• Greeting every Guest with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Suggest relevant purchases and promote current specials.
• Execute the company’s Guest service program consistently at the store level.
• Interact professionally with all customers and address concerns promptly and courteously.
• Prepare/maintain all fresh, Grab and Go food items according to company guidelines.
• Execute daily prep and assist in food service preparation.
• Maintain all self-service food areas and restock based on freshness.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and shift reports.
• Maintain cleanliness to brand standards and support program processes.
