Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Supervisor to lead Alltown Fresh store operations in Framingham, MA. You will coach associates, ensure food safety and quality, manage daily production, and uphold guest service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll model professionalism, drive scheduling and shift coverage, monitor inventory and POS operations, and foster a collaborative team that delivers consistent, high-quality experiences and measurable store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational best practices.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory, transactions, and reporting.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Market Associates to deliver consistent, high-quality Guest experiences.
• Assist in training new team members on Alltown Fresh standards, safety procedures, and operational processes.
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and support to promote team growth and engagement.
• Act as a role model for professionalism, positivity, and brand values.
• Support scheduling, delegation, and shift coverage to ensure smooth operations.
