Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Massachusetts to deliver a top-notch guest experience at the store level. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash and inventory, and support housekeeping and merchandising tasks while adhering to safety and policy standards.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, reliable transportation, and ability to work in various temperatures. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the cash register and manage cash, lottery, tobacco per policy.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks and keep shelves stocked.
• Communicate guest needs to management and handle vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
