Job summary

Global Partners LP operates Alltown Fresh Market, and seeks a Market Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain food safety, and support inventory and store operations. You’ll assist at the register, stock shelves, and help in preparing Grab-and-Go items while upholding brand standards of hospitality and community focus.

The role requires 18+ years, basic math, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills to perform transactions and shift documentation.
• Strong knowledge of general safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age-restricted product sales per state law.
• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional and calm demeanor, including in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes, cleaning supplies, and varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-class Guest service at every interaction.
• Greeting every Guest with a smile and sincere welcome.
• Suggest relevant purchases and promote current specials.
• Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and report shift activities.
