Job summary

Global Partners LP in Framingham, MA, is hiring a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experiences while completing store-level tasks. You will warmly greet guests, handle POS duties, replenish stock, and maintain clean, safe store conditions in a dynamic retail environment.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday hours, basic computer use, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.”
