Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Associate in Framingham, MA to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain food safety standards, and support store operations. You will prepare fresh food, stock shelves, and assist at the register while upholding Alltown Fresh brand commitments to community, local, fresh, and hospitality.

Responsibilities include guest service, food preparation, merchandising, inventory support, and safe, clean store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic math skills for transactions and shift documentation.
• Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to validate customer identification for age-restricted product sales per state law.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service at every interaction.
• Prepare/maintain fresh Grab and Go items and daily prep.
• Operate POS systems and assist in inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and health training and procedures.
