Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to maintain a safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area in our Glendale store. You will oversee foodservice programs, product offering, equipment, and SOP adherence, and assist teammates to grow foodservice sales.

The role requires delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, following store policies, and complying with all laws. You will operate the POS, manage alcohol and tobacco sales where permitted, and train associates on foodservice

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF regulations.
• Ability to operate POS terminal, gas console, and related equipment.
• Ability to tolerate cold temperatures and perform physical duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and stock foodservice equipment, date products, and ensure food safety.
• Maintain temperature logs and inventory for foodservice areas.
• Ensure proper ordering to prevent stockouts of foodservice supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas and adjacent spaces.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
