Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is looking for a Food Lead to oversee the safe, clean and stocked foodservice area of a UDF store. You will ensure proper dating, food safety, and adherence to SOPs while growing foodservice sales and serving guests with the Hi Five experience.

The role requires operation of deli and foodservice equipment, handling stock, and coordinating with management to train associates on programs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF, state food safety regulations.
• Ability to operate all store equipment, including POS and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas, including Dipside.
• Maintain product availability Monday-Friday, 5AM-12PM and ensure proper proper dating and shelf life.
• Ensure ordering of Foodservice Supplies to prevent Out of Stocks.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and train associates on foodservice programs.
