Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and excellent service. You will keep a clean, well-organized line and support crew training and development.

The role involves monitoring line operations, resolving customer issues, and assisting with scheduling and office tasks. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment; assist when not busy.
• Manage crew scheduling, breaks, and shift meetings; support training and development of front-of-house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
