Job summary

Fresh Kitchen in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the front-of-house and general operations. You will drive guest experience, shift execution, and people + culture, partnering with the Managing Partner and Culinary Operations Manager to align FOH and BOH during peak volume and events.

You’ll build a high performing FOH team through hands-on leadership, strong coaching, and smart scheduling, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards every day.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong hospitality and operational leadership.
• Willingness to learn our kitchen and coach on quality as needed.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Own the full guest journey from entry to exit with fast, friendly service.
• Lead FOH operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Coach and develop team members to build bench strength.
• Balance online ordering with in-store flow and guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, brand standards, and safety.
• Communicate during peak times to optimize throughput.
