Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Floor Host to deliver a hospitality-based experience on the office floor, guiding guests and connecting them with the right resources. You will support meetings, verify room setups, and help maintain a pristine, well-organized environment.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 37.5 hours weekly. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in service industries and strong tech skills with MS Office, Google Docs and AV equipment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in service industry such as hotel, restaurant, hospitality or event planning.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and AV equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment with professional demeanor.
• Able to interact with clients at all professional levels.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors and connect with organizers and guests.
• Verify room requirements prior to meetings to meet client expectations (lighting, supplies, A/V, temperature).
• Conduct floor tours and maintain space in optimal condition.
• Assist guests and direct them to the right people/resources with timely responses.
• Monitor occupancy and optimize meeting rooms and workspace usage.
