Responsibilities include real-time floor support, room verification, space optimization, and collaboration with facilities to keep spaces pristine. Strong communication and tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in service industry preferred.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office and AV equipment.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time hospitality support on office floors for meetings.
• Verify room requirements before meetings and assist organizers.
• Maintain space appearance and assist with workspace optimization.
• Coordinate with facility team to address issues and ensure readiness.
• Offer guidance to guests and direct them to the right resources.
