Job summary

Smoky Mountain Resorts seeks a Common Area Attendant responsible for daily cleaning of common areas and guest rooms. Shifts include Wed. & Thurs. 8:00–16:30 and Fri.–Sun. 15:00–23:30; Sundays include a $2 differential. This role requires high energy, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.

You will manage cleaning tasks, stock supplies, and ensure safety protocols are followed in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English: speak, understand, read and write.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas including restrooms, lobby, pool areas, and guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas according to standards.
• Follow safety and chemical handling procedures and use cleaning equipment properly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report maintenance issues.
