Job summary

Smoky Mountain Resorts is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to clean guest rooms daily to our high standards and support a welcoming, organized environment. You will manage in-room inventory, follow safety policies, and participate in special projects as needed.

Shifts run 8–10+ hours, 5–6 days a week based on occupancy. A strong work ethic, good physical condition, English fluency, and reliable transportation are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms daily to company standards.
• Respond promptly to guest items or problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory in guest rooms.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Complete side work and special projects as assigned.
• Handle cleaning chemicals properly.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate room status for inspection.
