Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Houseman for The Smoky Mountains property to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. You will deliver items to guest units, correct issues after housekeeping, and assist with inventory and stocking duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or accepted via experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver requested item(s) to guest units (coffee, linen, terry, kitchen items).
• Correct cleaning issues after housekeeping hours.
• Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining stock levels of inventory.
• Remove trash or inventory from outside of units as needed.
• Respond to guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationships.
• Promote teamwork and quality service between departments.
