Smoky Mountain Resorts is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property.

The position requires 5-6 days per week, long shifts based on occupancy, and adherence to safety policies. A strong focus on staff development, inventory control, and training is essential to maintain SMR’s legendary service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years of management supervising 5-10 staff.
• Experience in housekeeping and operations management; ability to train staff.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills; able to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the housekeeping department and enforce policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff; recruit and retain talent.
• Inspect guest rooms; ensure cleanliness, inventory, and safety standards.
