Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Common Area Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming environment across resort facilities, indoors and outdoors. You’ll contribute to guest comfort by keeping interiors pristine and well-supplied, and by assisting guests with inquiries during your shift.

You’ll dust, mop, restock, and re-supply restroom areas, while safely handling waste and reporting any property concerns. This role emphasizes professional presentation and teamwork in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well independently or with others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment across resort areas as a Common Area Attendant.
• Dust and polish furniture, wash floors and surfaces, and ensure restrooms are stocked and tidy.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain interior cleanliness including lockers and public spaces.
• Remove trash and coordinate disposal and recycling as needed.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage or unusual items to supervisors.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally to uphold positive guest relations.
