Job summary

Smoky Mountain Resorts in Pigeon Forge, TN, is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Refuel, Scoops, Nonnaroni’s and Snack Shack. You will take orders, prepare items per recipes, and provide exceptional guest service while upholding food safety standards.

You’ll work 8-hour shifts, 5–6 days a week depending on occupancy. ABC license within 5 days and ServSafe within 30 days are required; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO, sick time, and tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant or Quick Service/Fast Food preferred.
• ABC license certification typically required within 5 days from start date.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification required within 30 days from start date.
• Ability to work in a diversified workforce.
• Years of Service Getaway and 401k with company match described in benefits.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and prepare items according to recipes.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and serve food and beverages.
• Complete orders promptly to meet capacity demands.
• Comply with ServSafe guidelines for food safety and handling.
• Instruct guests on cashless payment systems and ensure safe, fun guest experiences.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and respond to guest issues professionally.
