Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to support breakfast and evening social venues across the hotel. You will set up, service, and break down buffet areas and greet guests.

You should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and obtain ServSafe (and possibly TIPS) certifications. Fluent English required; other languages a plus. Morning, evening, weekends, and holidays availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is required; other languages beneficial.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• ServSafe certification is required; TIPS certification may be required.
• Mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays work availability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Sonesta service standards across breakfast and evening social venues.
• Set up, service, and break down buffet areas with quality and consistency.
• Welcome guests proactively and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of work and buffet areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist in meeting room setup/breakdown and hotel events as needed.
• Ensure health, sanitation and safety standards are followed.
