Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver warm hospitality in our breakfast and evening social venues. You will set up, serve, and break down buffet areas, maintain cleanliness, and interact with guests as a friendly host.

Ideal candidates have prior F&B experience, ability to stand and lift up to 75 pounds, and a commitment to safety and service standards. This is a full-time role based at our Scottsdale property with mornings, evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Experience in the hotel industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service per Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Prepare and transport all food and beverage items to buffet areas.
• Monitor buffet and event spaces to ensure supplies.
• Follow presentation, taste, temperature, and portion standards.
• Prepare salads, sandwiches, and soups for sale in the shoppe.
• Welcome guests proactively and address requests promptly.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of food, beverages, inventory and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work and buffet areas.
• Check equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
