Sonesta International Hotels is hiring a Food and Beverage Attendant for the New Orleans property. You will set up, service, and break down breakfast and evening social buffet areas, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll interact with guests, replenish supplies, uphold health and safety standards, and assist with meeting room setups for hotel events. The role requires basic food/beverage experience, English proficiency, and willingness to obtain ServSafe (and possibly

Competenze

• Some previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is required; other languages beneficial.
• May be required to obtain ServSafe certification and possibly a TIPS certification.

• Deliver Sonesta Service to guests according to G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Set up, service, and break down buffet areas.
• Monitor supplies and replenish items as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment.
