Sonesta Inn and Suites- Baton Rouge is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver excellent guest service at breakfast and evening social venues. The role involves setting up and breaking down buffet areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, responding to requests promptly, and helping in meeting room setups for hotel events.

Formación

• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is required; other languages beneficial.
• Some previous food and beverage experience preferred.
• May be required to obtain ServSafe and possibly TIPS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions per GU.E.S.T. standards.
• Set up, transport, and break down buffet areas and related supplies.
• Monitor supplies and replenish buffet items as needed.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and serving temperatures meet standards.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and banquet service for events.
• Maintain clean, organized work and service areas and comply with safety standards.
