• Take and enter orders into POS accurately and relay requests to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages with proper portioning and temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness of tableware and dining area throughout service.
• Anticipate needs and provide proactive refills and support.
• Coordinate timing with kitchen and bar for timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions to kitchen and ensure accuracy of meals.
• Relay guest feedback to management for prompt resolution.
• Process payments securely and present final bills.
