Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida Resort in Winter Haven, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver best-in-class guest service via phone, email, and web chat. You will handle bookings, payments, and upsell additional products to guests.

Responsibilities include recording data in CRM systems and ensuring understanding of terms and conditions while maintaining a positive company image. 5+ days a week, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Call Center Receptionist experience.
• 6 months of Web/Live Chat experience.
• Strong typing and grammar skills.
• Excellent front-office communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a BEST IN CLASS Guest Excellence experience via phone, email, or web chat.
• Handle calls, bookings, and payments for North American attractions and hotels.
• Record customer details accurately in booking and CRM systems.
• Ensure customers understand terms and conditions and stay compliant.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for quality, quantity, and sales.
