Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa seeks a Grand Experiences Supervisor to oversee programming quality and develop new experiences for guests. You will coordinate between the Grand Experiences Manager, coordinators, and various guest services teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences daily.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage dynamic schedules, including nights and weekends. Join a premier AAA Four Diamond resort known for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Highly creative, self-starter.
• Able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of programming.
• Develop new programming and implement it.
• Assist Grand Experiences Manager with daily responsibilities and weekly schedules.
• Assist in purchasing through Birchstreet.
• Reserve, billing, and modify classes in SMS Host.
• Supervise Coordinators and Activities Representatives.
• Ensure all food and beverage standards are followed.
• Act as liaison between Culinary staff and Geneva Club Butlers.
• Adjust scheduling as needed daily.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
