Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Grand Experiences Supervisor for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will coordinate between the Grand Experiences Manager and the Geneva Club teams, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and smooth daily operations.

The role requires energy, creativity, and strong organizational skills, with opportunities to manage programming across events, recreation, and F&B standards while coordinating with culinary staff and club teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, catering or recreation preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• High energy, strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality of programming.
• Develop and implement new programming.
• Assist in maintaining daily responsibilities sheets and weekly schedules for Geneva Club/teams.
