Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Holiday Character to coordinate and facilitate property-wide activities and guest events, ensuring guests are aware of all recreational opportunities. You will greet guests, introduce experiences, and drive engagement across the resort.

The role requires energy, creativity, and strong communication, with the ability to multitask, stand for long periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; event planning, catering, or recreation experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Independent decision-maker with a safety mindset.
• Able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily activities for resort guests.
• Welcome and introduce guests to experiences upon arrival.
• Create, develop, and implement on/off-site events.
• Promote and build excitement for scheduled events.
• Address and resolve guest complaints.
• Personalize experiences through a proactive guest profiling program.
• Schedule activities, update marketing materials, and adjust for changes that may arise.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
