The role emphasizes customer service, team collaboration, and attention to detail, with weekend and evening hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of basic finance and accounting practices.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and timely work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest check-in and registration processes.
• Manage merchandise inventory and onsite supplies.
• Coordinate catering counts and dietary restrictions with the team.
• Collaborate with the talent agency for evening campfires and performances.
• Coordinate shuttle handoffs and ensure attendee safety.
• Lead Trail Support and assist in the store when possible.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed before program start.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
