Job summary

The Smith Center in Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to oversee on-call guest services during performances. You will supervise the on-call Usher team, coordinate with artists, culinary management, and security to address issues and maintain high guest service standards.

You will ensure safety, accessibility support, and seamless operations in Myron’s, Troesh Studio Theater, Reynolds Hall as needed, with a focus on delivering memorable, welcoming experiences for all guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a guest services or front-of-house environment within the performing arts, entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
• Experience in supervising, motivating, and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor public areas during performances and supervise on-call Usher team.
• Collaborate with artists, culinary management, Guest Experience Assistant Manager, and Security to address incidents.
• Ensure safety, accessibility services, and exceptional guest experiences.
