Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or a degree in hospitality, business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in administrative, sales, customer-service, events, or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with proposals, contracts, correspondence, reports, and client communications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to calls, emails, leads, and general sales inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain group files, room blocks, event details, and billing instructions.
• Enter and update information in hotel sales, catering, and property-management systems.
• Assist with site tours, client appointments, planning meetings, and events.
• Coordinate details between clients and hotel departments to meet timelines.
• Track deadlines, deposits, signatures, rooming lists, and special requests.
